STUDENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By enrolling in any course or training program, you (the “Student”) agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Registration and Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration in order to secure your seat in the course. The remainder of tuition is due in accordance with a schedule found at the bottom of each of the webpages associated with the course you wish to enroll for. Access to any associated online course modules will be granted only upon receipt of the required payment/installments
2. Refund and Cancellation Policy
The initial deposit is strictly non-refundable, regardless of withdrawal, cancellation, or inability to attend. The remaining balance is non-refundable once it has been paid. Requests to defer course participation may be considered at the sole discretion of Beauty Xpressions, subject to availability and applicable administrative fees.
3. Dress Code and Professional Conduct
All students are expected to attend in-person sessions dressed in scrubs or business casual attire, consistent with a professional clinical environment. Inappropriate or non-compliant attire may result in being denied entry to the training session without refund.
4. Attendance and Punctuality
Students must arrive on time for all in-person training sessions.
Late arrivals will not be refunded and may result in the withholding of certification, at the discretion of course instructors or program administrators.Full attendance is required to be eligible for course completion and certification.
5. Course Access and Student Responsibility
Online modules are intended for individual student use only. Sharing login credentials or course materials is strictly prohibited.
Students are responsible for engaging in all components of the program and adhering to timelines and expectations outlined within the student portal. In-person training dates are non-transferable unless otherwise approved in writing.
6. Modifications and Course Changes
Beauty Xpressions reserves the right to reschedule or modify course content, training locations, instructors, or delivery format in response to unforeseen circumstances, public health guidelines, or regulatory requirements. Students will be notified in a timely manner of any significant changes, and refunds issued if applicable
