What is the process?

Thoroughly read the terms and conditions/consent form for being a model
Fill out an application form with your desired treatment areas.
You will then be added to the wait-list
Once we have an available treatment date our nurse practitioner will reach out by phone to book your consultation. This consultation will include assessment of your treatment desires, health screening, review consent forms, collect a deposit, and provide an estimate for you. Payment outside of the deposit is
not due until the day of treatment.
Our nurse practitioner will then schedule your appointment.
Follow your pre-care instructions provided by the nurse practitioner.
Come get your treatment on the day of your appointment!
